Rain showers still pushing through the western half of the region, though they are weakening a little bit as they move eastward, they are still going to be around for the morning as they near Cleveland. Ahead of this blob of rain showers is some storms that developed as part of the outflow. These storms are about to be in Cleveland in just a matter of minutes and though no warnings are on them, there is going be some heavy rains associated with them. I am still expecting that storms will redevelop again in the western half of the region as a wave of low pressure moves along the stationary front. As far as strong or severe storms are concerned, I am not expecting much of those. But what I am expecting is perhaps embedded storms within clusters of rain showers. I'll type more about this for the Noon Update where I will also be revising the daily and extended forecasts, so make sure that you check back for those. For now, that's the weather! http://weather.rap.ucar.edu/radar/displayRad.php?icao=KIWX&prod=n0r&bkgr=black&endDate=20120719&endTime=-1&duration=0
