GREAT LAKES WEATHER

Not much has changed for the forecasts. So we'll use this time to go over something I know readers enjoy: Top 10 lists. I am working on it right now, and all the top 10's coming up over the course of the next few days will focus on the winters. Coming up first, we'll go city-by-city to take a look at the coldest winters in the region. I'll have that coming up in a little bit.
