Snow Update

Snow showers moving through the western half of the region (Fort Wayne, Toledo and Detroit), about a few hours earlier than expected. Looks like the remaining 0.2 inches of rain will fall in the form of snow. So a nice little surprise for those of you who like the snow...if you dont like the snow...that's why Florida was admitted into the Union.

Now just because the snow started earlier doesn't change the ending times of the pr...ecip in the region. The temperature just went a couple degrees cooler than expected, hence the change over to snow.

The radars aren't helping the situation right now though as some of them are still reporting rain in areas where snow is falling. This will only slightly hinder the forecast for this evening in the region as determining how far east the snow change is right now is a little difficult. That makes it all the more fun.

I'll keep you updated. That's the weather!
