Morning Update

I am still going to be following that low pressure from the Plains that is going to start to form later today in the Plain's. In doing so, it will produce its warm front and that front will start to head north tomorrow. To the north of that warm front, that high pressure (which will give us calm weather today) is going to be pushing out of the area and head east, and that will open the door for a weak disturbance to ride along the northern edge of that warm front. What does all that mean? It means that by this time tomorrow morning, places like Detroit, Fort Wayne, Toledo and locations just to the west of Cleveland will be seeing some rain showers.

I have updated those extended forecasts for you, however I will be redoing them sometime around the noontime hours as I feel that my timings for the Toledo and Fort Wayne forecasts could be a bit more precise.

Remember, folks, it is the time of the year when we're going to see low pressure after low pressure effect our region because of the battle of the air masses.

Coming up around 7.30 this morning, I will be giving you another update and I'll be typing about what we can expect in terms of precip across the region. Also, will Fort Wayne and Toledo get some storms on Friday night? I'll have those answers and more coming up in just a bit. So keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you as always, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I will have them for you as always.
