Low pressure moving towards the East Coast...it is weakening a little bit, and it will continue to do so as the evening goes on. However, this doesn't mean that it wont produce rain fall. Those rain showers are about to enter the Cleveland and Erie areas within the next or so and we could continue to see those rain showers into the overnight hours. They wont be heavy, but they'll mostly be a drizzle. Remember, low pressures have that counter clockwise rotation to them, so when you're to the west of them...the precip will be coming from the north and sometimes the east (depending on your location in relevence to the centre). So, Cleveland and Erie will see the low off to their east...which means...rain showers coming from the east and southeast because of that rotation.
As far as Toledo area is concerned...we could get some light cloud cover as this low pressure shifts northeast, however those will mostly be upper level clouds and they'll more than likely happen towards the evening hours. The rain is going to be a little too close for comfort for the Toledo area, but I am going to say that those rain showers wont really move west of Cleveland for tonight.
So a generally clear night across the entire region with the exception of Cleveland and points eastward as that low pressure system moves through.
I'll keep you updated as always, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you as always.
