Rain in the Erie and Buffalo area tonight, some of the rain could be moderate at times, but in general most of this will just be light rain showers. I am seeing a couple of moderate rain showers just to the east of the Erie area, and those could make it over to Erie a little later, but again, tonight will mostly just be light rain showers for that entire region.

So what about for the rest of the region? Mostly clear skies tonight. A bit of a slap in the face for those who are getting the rain. Sorry. Skies basically west of Cleveland throughout the region are going to be clear. The only other city that is a bit iffy at this time is the city of Cleveland. Those rain showers are generally holding just barely to the east of you guys, but dont be surpised (especially around the Mentor area) if you get a couple light rain showers tonight. Otherwise, Cleveland and its metro will generally stay cloudy tonight.

Low temps across the region are going to vary from the mid 30's to the lower 40's...most of it will depend on your cloud cover.

Still watching another system that could impact us on the day Friday and Saturday, for now it is mostly looking like a rain event, could get a few embedded storms, but in general for now I am going to call it mostly rain. Now tomorrow morning, around 6 a.m., I will update you on this as well as what to expect for the day tomorrow. Also, we'll take a look at the temperature trend over the next couple days which could prove to be a little bit of a roller coaster ride.

So rain tonight in the eastern section of the region, and then mostly clear skies for most places west of Cleveland. I'll keep you updated as always, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you as always.
