(High pressure in the northern Plains will dominate the region for the next couple days).
Well, for the next couple days, we'll be seeing a quiet pattern in terms of weather across much of the region. Temps are going to gradually warm back up by about 10° over the next 5-6 days across the region, so the warm up will be slow and gradual, but you should notice it.
There isn't a whole lot to type about really. I just updated the extended forecasts for all the cities, so do be sure to check those. I do not expect that I will have to be changing those any time soon seeing as how the jet stream will be to our south and a high pressure is going to literally dominate the area over the next few days.
There is another system that I am watching for Thursday, but otherwise...nothing much really happening right now. Temps are going to remain below average by about 10-15° in most places, for example Green Bay will see lows tonight around 10° which is 16° below average for this time of year in terms of low temps. So a chilly night for much of the region.
I'll have more coming up in the morning as always, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you as always.
