The weather across the region for the next couple days will be a rather simple forecast, so I can make this post short, amazingly:
A high pressure right now is located just to the east of the area and this is going to keep the majority of the weather calm and clear this morning, but then a weak disturbance will push through later this afternoon and that might introduce a few showers and/or thunderstorms in the region. However, I am not expecting anything too exciting to come of this. Temperatures will be running a bit on the warm side as the high pressure ushers in some moist and warmer air from the south, but the temperatures won't be getting too high over the next two days.
A strong cold front is going to push its way through the region on Friday night and that is when the western half of the region will see the best chances for thunderstorms and rain showers. The front will make its way into the eastern half of the region early Saturday morning, and that is time when the eastern half of the region will see their biggest chances. The storms will be around, and right now, I am expecting the western half of the region to see more storms, and the eastern half of the region to see more rain showers. But I'll do a little bit more work on that later this afternoon.
A high pressure is quick to enter the region towards the end of the weekend and that'll calm us down for the beginning of next week as well as bringing in some cooler temperatures into the region.
I'll keep you updated as always, but for now, that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you as always.
