There isn’t really a whole lot going on in the region at this point, and things are generally going to plan so I see no need to change the forecasts as of right now, so I will wait until this evening to do so. Looking at the weather for the remainder of the afternoon, we’re going to watch a high pressure slowly but surely begin to build into the region, allowing for temperatures to stay a little cool (at least compared to yesterday) and some clearing of the skies a little bit later tonight.
Temperatures will fall down tonight in the mid 20’s for a good portion of the region as that high pressure makes its presence known throughout the region. Depending on just how much clearing happens this evening will determine if perhaps a few places hit 20° later tonight or not.
So for this afternoon, rather cloudy throughout the region but those will start to break and fall apart by the evening as a high pressure slips in from the west.
I’ll keep you updated as always; my next update will be around 5.00 p.m. this evening. But for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that’s the weather!
