Coming up

Rain showers making their way through the region right now, there does appear to be a little break in the bulk of the rain showers this afternoon as expected, but those are going to return this evening so do not worry about that.

Main focus this afternoon on the forecasting is not only for tonight and tomorrow afternoon, but for a system that has grabbed my attention not that long ago. This system is going to affect us on 23 December which is Friday (two days before Christmas) and this one will be interesting to say the least. I am still going over the recent models runs of it, so I’ll have an update coming up in a little bit. Extended forecasts are being revised right now.

Cleveland: Mostly cloudy throughout the day and overnight. Highs in the mid 40's with overnight lows in the mid 30's. Winds NW at 5-10 mph, shifting to the SE at 10-15 mph this evening.
Erie: Mostly cloudy throughout the day and overnight. Highs in the lower 40's with overnight lows in the low to mid 30's. Winds W-WNW at 5-10 mph, shifting to SE at 10-15 mph this evening.
