11.00 a.m. Update

Rain showers in the western half of the region this morning will continue to hang around for the remainder of this morning. The rain showers are going to become widely scattered in the western half of the region around noon, but they will return in the western half of the region late this afternoon and this evening and they will be likely overnight – this is where the majority of those predicted rain fall totals I have will occur.

Eastern half of the region will start to see the rain showers this afternoon and those will be likely throughout the evening and overnight.

The cold front is just off to the west of the region and it will be moving through slowly past Toledo this afternoon. Once it passes Toledo, it will approach Cleveland and then stall out. We’ll watch waves of low pressure ride along it tonight through tomorrow morning.

I’ll have a full update coming up around 4.00 p.m. along with my revised extended forecasts. But for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that’s the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I’ll have them for you as always.
