Storm update

Some early morning storms rolled through the Fort Wayne area, and they just finished up with the Toledo area. They are still going well, just cruising along without many problems. Not seeing many warnings with them as they exit the Toledo area, however they will have to be monitored still seeing as how they are within that severe thunderstorm watch. The watch is in effect until 1 p.m. for NW Ohio and NE Indiana, and I am thinking that might be cancelled a little sooner as the cold front gets closer.

Could we still be seeing some storms today? Simple, yes...however the present cloud cover will be the decider. If we get some clearing in the skies later this morning or this afternoon, then that will help out that unstable air and allow that cold front to make some decent storms. But for right now, the chances are rather slim seeing as how these rain showers have pretty much stabalized the present air right now. I am still thinking that we will have the chance for some storms this afternoon, I will have to keep an eye on that over the next hour, and I'll let you know as soon as I figure it all out...these mornings storms have caused a bit of problems for the forecasts today.

I'll keep you updated as always, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you as always.
