Afternoon Update

A few things to update you on here at GLWX. Rain showers being reported over in Chicago, and those are going to move their way towards Fort Wayne and Toledo as they afternoon goes on. I'll be keeping you posted on that, looks like I'll be doing an update every hour through the afternoon.

Also, looking like we could see some potential strong storms on Monday. Remember the other day I said "Next storm system will be for us" well its looking like it might be. SPC (the people who head the severe weather forecasts) are showing some concern over the southern part of the region. Now! this could all change over the next couple days, but either way we're going to see rain from this system. The only thing that would keep us away from the strong storms is if the low pressure gets to close to us...and right now, it is looking like it might.

This is the time of season where you're going to see the terms "scattered" or "strong" with thunderstorms. And coming up in just a bit I'll be updating you on what those terms mean when I type them.
