Where is the snow? Well the system sort of slowed down and weakened a bit, however we could still get some snow from it for places like Fort Wayne, Toledo and Detroit, but not as much as expected. Right now, maybe about a half inch at the most for the above mentioned. We'll still see this system produce some scattered snow showers for the regions of Toledo, Fort Wayne, Green Bay and Detroit, however, not looking at as many snow showers as originally thought.
However, it is Friday that we're watching out for as we'll see our next weather system form out of the Plain's region and quickly move east. It should pass through Tennessee which means snow for the southern Great Lakes region. Again, like I typed yesterday, I believe the only systems to really be effected by this will be Toledo, Fort Wayne, Detroit (maybe), Erie and Cleveland. And we wont see a whole lot of snow from this system, but maybe 1-3 inches is what Jacob and I are thinking right now.
This system will last through Christmas day, so hopefully most places will be getting a white Christmas!
Once the system passes through, we should see those single digit temperatures return to the Great Lakes region, which will put an end to our current warming streak (hard to believe we call 32° warm).
Anyways, we'll be keeping you up to date throughout the day today on this system, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather!
