Not a whole lot going on in the region this afternoon, in fact nothing really is going on. Other than a few clouds between Fort wayne and Toledo, there really isn't much going on at all. Temperatures are running a few degrees above what I was expecting in the region today...but not much, of course I'll keep an eye on that for you. I am still expecting that a stray storm or two will pop up this afternoon in Detroit, and then later this afternoon/early evening to Toledo-Erie as a wave of low pressure clips the region and drags a weak trough with it. The air isn't that moist and the instability won't be that great, however a storm is still possible...mainly late afternoon until about sunset. Remember, only like one or two storms will form in the whole region, so do not cancel your outdoor plans. I'll of course let you know when they do form and what they will do. But they won't be strong nor will they live too long. I'll keep you updated as always, but for now, that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you as always.
