This is going to be a short post because it's a Saturday...
Upper level low pressure centered over the Great Lakes this weekend will allow for cooler air to remain in the region. Surface low pressure caught up in the upper level low will gradually begin to weaken, but it will take a few days for it to do so.
Spotty rain showers are going to be possible throughout the western half of the region this afternoon, but most of those should quiet down and diminish after sunset. The eastern half of the region will have a rainy time as waves of low pressure ride along the trough and over the lake.
Look for decent rain shower chances for the next couple of days.As always, you can check the extended forecasts for more details on your location. I'll be revising those later this morning. But for now, that's the weather!
