Noon Update

Not a whole lot of changes to the forecast right now as things are mainly going to track. However there is some clearing in the Cleveland and Erie areas right now, so I will keep an eye on that and see what where it goes. Otherwise, no big changes to the forecast as of now.

I did go and up the chances for rain in the Fort Wayne area for tomorrow due to the system that is going to make a very close pass just to the south and west of the region. This system is going to be moving quickly and it’ll come out of the Plains right in front of a weakening upper level low pressure and the most I am expecting that we’re going to see in the region from this system will be some clouds – not really much in the way of precip, though I am still going to monitor it. The only areas that should keep checking back for updates this afternoon will be Fort Wayne and Toledo, but any changes won’t be that major.

Otherwise, not a very active looking weekend as a weak cold front will try to push through the region on Sunday ahead of a weak upper trough and this is going to cause for some clouds and snow showers possible in the eastern half of the region, although I am not going to focus with snow fall accumulations because chances are there won’t really be any.

Temperatures are going to remain a little bit above normal for the weekend and into the start of next week, however once that cold front moves through the region and the next high pressure tries to dominate the regional weather, we’re going to watch temperatures drop about 5 degrees compared to what we’ve been seeing and we’ll more than likely go to near average for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Otherwise, this post isn’t nearly as thrilling as I would’ve hoped, but nothing much has changed. My next update will be around 4.00 p.m. (I’ll throw in some graphics to make it look interesting) so make sure that you check back then for updates. For now, I am Timmy Albertson and that’s the weather!
