Evening Post

When it comes to forecasting weather, you typically don't notice many areas to change a forecast unless you step away from the charts for a few hours. That is why the big updates occur in the evening - when you wake up you notice the change that has occured over 8 hours, rather than subtle changes that occur every minute - so as of now, I still see no areas to change the forecasts.

Some fog hanging around parts of the west this evening, but that will actually gradually taper away after midnight tonight and should mostly be gone by sunrise.

Some rain showers in the region this evening will briefly turn over to snow showers, but I am not expecting much accumulation from that as the transition will come late and the ground won't be really cool enough to support much snow.

Otherwise, a high briefly builds in and then we got another quick moving system that will pass through the region.

Coming up tomorrow morning I'll type more about that system and the weather for the weekend with updates starting at 4.30 a.m. But for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you as always.
