GREAT LAKES WEATHER: Afternoon Update

Afternoon Update

As of right now, there are no major changes to the forecasts needed right now. I did adjust a few temperaures in some spots and raised snow showers chances for Thursday, but generally things right now are going to be going to plan this evening.

The main interest this evening is going to be that set of low pressures that are going to effect the region during the middle of this week, the one will bring some rain and warmer weather, and the second will bring snow and cooler weather. Over the course of the afternoon, suggestions have risen with the latest model runs that perhaps this northern low pressure is going to be a little bit stronger than I had originally expected. So this is going to be somethign that I am going to keep an eye on. For those of you who read the morning update, the same basis of the synopsis remains the same, but now it is the intensity of the that northern low pressure that I am keeping an eye on.

I'll have a full update coming up later this evening. But for now, that's the weather!

Cleveland: Mostly cloudy throughout the day and overnight. Highs in the mid 40's with overnight lows in the mid 30's. Winds NW at 5-10 mph, shifting to the SE at 10-15 mph this evening.
