Well, this snow system is rather limited to the places of Detroit, Toledo, and Erie However, right now in Erie and it is snowing which is to be expected however within the next hour or two that'll change over to snow. Buffalo, I am going to keep you guys at all rain seeing as how the path of the low pressure will make you have all rain at least until tomorrow afternoon sometime.
What we have here is a low pressure over Buffalo, and that is bring some snow on the back side of it which is what we are seeing right now. In general, this system wont amount to much. For Toledo I am expecting only about an inch of total snow fall, maybe about two inches of some areas around Toledo but in general, light accumulation compared to what we would see if temps were lower.
It is because temps are still hanging around freezing that we are going to see little accumulation this evening, but we could pick up some more accumulation as the overnight progresses.
The snow will be over with by the afternoon tomorrow in Detroit and Toledo at the latest, and maybe mid afternoon at the latest for Erie.
I do apologize for not having an update sooner...no sense in updating you all if I dont have a forecast - of which I spent most of the morning trying to figure out why my charts were telling me stuff that wasn't actually hasn't...technology.
Tomorrow morning I'll get those extended forecasts up for all cities, guarenteed and I'll make sure I get things back on track, been a little behind this week on that.
I'll have more coming up in the morning, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you.
