Skies clearing across some of the region righ tnow, Fort Wayne and Toledo are about to see the clouds roll out of the area within the next couple hours and that will allow for those daytime temps today to get near or possibly at 40° by this afternoon. As far as chances of precip are concerned, nothing much will really happen once the skies clear out.
For Erie and Buffalo, the scenario is going to be a bit different for you guys. Erie is going to see a little lake effect snow today and they could pick up about 1-3 inches of snow today, to have a grand total around 2-5 inches of snow by the time all is said and done later this evening.
I am watching another weak system that will pass through northern Michigan, however recent charts are leading me to believe that it will be a bit weaker than I originally thought. So for Toledo, I am going to keep the scattered precip in the forecast just for the day, and make it cloudy for the evening.
Otherwise, clear skies will hang around for the beginning of the week, at least through Wednesday across much of the region, but things could change as they usually do.
I'll have mroe coming up for you in just a bit, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them for you.
