Another rainy time

Today will be a semi calm day across much of the region (unless you're going to be in Buffalo and Erie where snow showers and some rain showers will be likely throughout the day).

The Trough moved a little bit further to the west then I had originally expected, some snow showers however were reported in places like Toledo, but nothing much really accumulated. The trough moved out towards Erie and that caused for some more over night snow showers for the area. Today will be a little bit like yesterday in that Erie and Buffalo will still see some snow showers however it'll be a bit warmer and some of those snow showers will turn into rain showers.

Tomorrow, I am going to watch as a weakening low pressure quickly moves into the region (tomorrow it'll start to move through Green Bay) and that will dive into Ohio. Rain showers and some snow showers will be prominant across the region over the weekend, and temperatures will be a little bit below average however they will be warmer than what they have been.

Low pressure will then weaken a bit more and then hang around the region for the rest of the weekend and that will just make for a somewhat rainy and snowy weekend across much of the region. As far as accumulating snow goes, nothing will really accumulate, and if it does it wont last very long.

Monday will be a bit warmer than what we've been seeing, and places like Fort Wayne could get to around 60° however, some storms could pop up with this next system that will be moving out from the Plain's. As far as strong storms, not looking likely at this point however it is still too early to call. I'll keep you updated on that.

Otherwise, just keep checking those extended forecasts and I'll be updating those around noon again and have another post coming up regarding what to expect over the weekend.
