Warm weather on the way.

Before I begin, I just want to apologize for the lack of updates on the site this week. We've had a few tech problems and then by the time we got them fixed, the forecasts became invalid...oh well. We now have those problems fixed and we're glad to announce that here at GLWX. So, we'll be back to our normal selves here and get those forecasts and updated and posted more frequently. Except for Buffalo, Detroit and Green Bay, Jacob is still haveing some tech problems on his side but those should be fixed later today. But Fort Wayne, Toledo and Erie are definetly back on track. Now lets type about this weather.

Well temps across the region will be well above average for the week. We'll have a high pressure pass to our south later this week and that will allow warm air to be pushed up our way by Wednesday. However, this warmer weather will not come without precip. We'll see some rain showers likely across the region on Wednesday and Thursday as we'll see highs in the upper 40's.

This weekend will be a preview for what we'll be seeing on Wednesday. We're going to have a couple low pressures and disturbances pass by the area this weekend and the begining of next week which will give us numerous chances for some light precip. It wont be anything too much in terms of accumulation, so dont get your hopes up. Just check the extended forecasts for more information, because there are too many precip chances to mention.

So we'll be seeing a thaw, especially in the southern part of the region. Toledo and Fort Wayne will hit a high of near 50° on Wednesday and Thursday. Now mind you, I might change those numbers a little bit, but either way we wont be seeing another deep freeze this week thats for sure.

I'll keep you up to date as always, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them.
