Expecting some colder weather to really move into the region around mid week. That will come after most of us here in the Great Lakes region see a wintry mix on Monday and Tuesday.
A wintry mix, mostly just some morning snow, mixed with a little freezing rain, then some reqular rain, and back to snow, which will impact the region on Monday and Tuesday. This wont be anything to be overly concerned about, because in all honesty the temepratures wont really get above 35° in most places. Snow accumulations in most places will be under 2 inches, and there wont be much ice accumulation either. Just remember to check your extended forecasts on the right side of this site so you can see what type of weather you can expect.
In the morning, I'll talk about all this, and how places like Toledo could see lows around -5° on Friday night, and places like Green Bay could see lows near -10° on Friday night as well. There will be a nice sized high pressure setting up behind this system, and the stronger the system, the colder weather we'll see.
So, I'll be updating you on this in the morning as I usually do, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates.
