Well folks, across much of the Great Lakes region tomorrow and Tuesday, we could see snow showers. We have a system that will be forming in the northern Plain's on Tuesday and that will quickly move into the western Great Lakes region. Places like Green Bay, Grand Rapids, Toledo and Fort Wayne will be seeing snow showers on Tuesday, and some places might see accumulations around inch or two. Nothing like what we saw last week.
The system will quickly weaken on Wednesday, but still some lingering snow showers could be possible as the weakening system moves down towards West Virginia.
Places that will be effected on Tuesday include: Toledo, Fort Wayne, Grand Rapids, Green Bay, and possibly Erie. Total accumulation from this system in most places will be about an inch or two, so nothing too much.
There will be a brief break across the region for Wednesday evening through Friday. However Friday evening is when we could see our next system form in the central Plains. Now, the track of this presssure system will be critical to determining what type of precip we'll be getting across the region, but for now, it looks like the system will pass through Tennessee which means it'll all mostly be snow showers for us here in the Great Lakes region.
So, lets recap here quickly: Snow showers possible in the western and central Great Lakes region on Tuesday and early Wednesday. Then we'll go into a brief break. On Friday we'll be watching our next low pressure form in the Plains and move into our region where we could get some more snow.
------UPDATE--------
Buffalo, you just have some very light snow showers moving through your region today. They are likely just going to be lake enhanced, but I expect that you will get 1-2 inches from there. Nothing extreme, but it could be a little slippery on the roads, so be careful out there

We'll be keeping you up to date on this system as it develops, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather!
