4 day outlook

Well yesterday's "mostly clear" for Toledo ended up being snow showers in the late morning and a couple scattered snow flurries in the early afternoon. Oops. Ok, so I was 2 for 3, looks like Mother Nature wont let me have 3 correct forecasts in a row, darn it all! Let's take a look at some area forecasts for the day today:

If you're going to be in the Toledo area, here is what you can expect for the day today. Look for mostly cloudys skies for much of the day today as we'll watch a system pass to our south. Now, we could get some scattered snow showers from this system, but nothing in terms of accumulation - maybe a dusting at best. Highs today will be in the low to mid 20's. Now, tonight wont be as cool as it has been because we'll still have mostly cloudy skies and we can look for lows between 10° and 15° for much of the region today. For Friday, I am still expecting a mostly cloudy sky with highs in the mid 20's. Friday night will still be mostly cloudy with lows near 15°. Saturday...still mostly cloudy with highs in the mid 20's...noticing a pattern here? I thought so.

If you're going to Fort Wayne, here is what I am expecting for that area today. Scattered snow showers are possible as the low pressure system passes to your south as well. Highs today in the mid 20's. Tonight, we'll look for cloudy skies and the possibility of some scattered snow flurries. Lows tonight between 10° and 15°. Tomorrow, just like Toledo, we'll see highs in the mid 20's with mostly cloudy skies. Tomorrow night, motly cloudy with lows around 15°. Nothing much really expected this weekend in terms of weather, in fact for both Saturday and Sunday look for mostly cloudy skies with highs in the mid 20's and lows near 15°.

Erie, a few lingering lake effect snow showers today, but nothing much in terms of accumulation. Highs today will be in the mid 20's and lows tonight will be about 15° with mostly cloudy skies. Tomorrow look again for mostly cloudy skies and snow showers with a high around 25°. You all could see some accumulation, but not a whole lot, maybe an inch. Tomorrow night, still some scattered snow showers with mostly cloudy skies and a low around 15°. Saturday and Sunday could see some scattered snow flurries and mostly cloudy skies. Highs this weekend in the mid 20's with lows around 15°.

So this low pressure system will be passing to the south of places like Toledo and Fort Wayne, in fact it'll be passing way south, however it could give some scattered snow flurries and some scattered snow showers today to the above mentioned. Mostly cloudy otherwise.

I'll keep you up to date as always, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather!
