Rain to snow...

Chicago O'Hare International Airport located just outside of downtown Chicago will be the busiest airport in the world for the next couple days. In a perfect world, the weather would cooperate...however in the weather world, the weather will always have the fun. A good chance of some wintry weather moving in later this afternoon, so flights could start to be delayed, but for right now, the O'Hare (KORD) all flights are mostly on time.

Looking at the weather, we'll see our two low pressure begin to move towards the Great Lakes region today. Cities such as Dayton to Columbus in Ohio will see the rainiest weather, flood watches have already posted for those regions. Which means, that we'll start video coverage later this morning.

For NW Ohio, here is what we can see for the day today:

Today: increasing clouds as the day goes on with highs only in the lower 40's. Rain showers possible in the late afternoon.

Tonight: Rain showers likely, lows down in the in the upper 30's.

Tomorrow: Rain likely for most of the day, rain fall amounts could exceed a half an inch. Highs only near 40.

Tomorrow Night: Rain lessening a bit, and then we could transition into some snow showers after midnight. Lows in the lower 20's.

Friday: Highs only near 40 with scattered snow showers possible in the morning hours. No accumulation expected.

I'll be keeping you all up to date as always for the weather across the Great Lakes region throughout the day today. I'll have video updates, forecast updates probably once every 1 to 2 hours, and I am going to track this system like there is no tomorrow. Ah-ha. That's the weather!
