Well, my forecast hasn't altered much since this morning, and we're still looking at that large temperature swing for this week. Remembers, low 60's on Monday, and by Friday our highs might be in the lower 30's. So a 30° change in temperature in less than 5 days.
What is causing this? Well, we're going to have a low pressure, followed by another low pressure, and possibility followed by another low pressure. They'll all be moving together, however it'll be like a minature train effect in the sense that they'll all be taking the same path.
The first low will form over the northern Plain's within the next 24 hours. It'll quickly take a path over the northern Great Lakes. This will give us the warm weather and the chance for rain. On Tuesday, it's cold front will pass through so we'll most likely see highs back into the mid 50's.
Second, a low out of Colorado will move across the Plain's and pass somewhere in Ohio. This will again give us our chance of rain and cool us down some more by the middle of the week, on Wednesday or Thursday.
Third, we'll have one more low pressure form out of Kansas, following a parallel path, it'll quickly deepen pass up towards Wisconsin. This low pressure has the best chance of being named "Anastasia", because I do expect it to be close to 995 mbs.
I'll have more coming up in just a bit, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that is your weather!
