Fog possible

Well tonight across much of NW Ohio and SE Michigan, fog is looking possible for the morning hours. What does this mean? Simple, we could very well be in a repeat of what we say this morning. I have crunched the numbers for the most part, and I have concluded that we most likely will be seeing at least some fog tomorrow morning in places from Detroit, down to Lima, Toledo, and Fort Wayne and possibly into Cleveland and Akron.

The pattern of temperature and dew point combinations from Toledo Express Airport (KTOL) are showing a similar pattern that they were showing yesterday. So fog is possible again for Toledo area in the morning.

The closer to Detroit that you get, the earlier the fog will most likely form. We have the cool winds blowing off with the lake, and warmer surface temperatures - so it's just a fun night of fog, most likely.

At around 11:00 p.m. or 1:00 a.m., we'll see fog begin to move form in the Detroit metro area. It'll sit for a while and then expand into places like Toledo, Fort Wayne and possibly into Lima by about 4:00 a.m. The fog might be thick again like it was this morning, so I'll keep you up to date on this.

Tonight Forecasts:

Toledo: Mid 30's for a low tonight, fog developing around 4 a.m.. Otherwise, mostly clear.
Detroit: Lows in the mid 30's, with mostly clear skies and fog developing around 11:00 p.m.
Fort Wayne: Lows near 40, mostly clear tonight with fog developing around 4 a.m.
South Bend: Mostly clear, fog unlikely. Lows near 40°.
Grand Rapids: Scattered fog possible, lows near 35°.
Erie: Fog developing around 4:00 a.m., lows near 40°.
Cleveland metro: Fog after 4:00 a.m., lows near 35°.

I'll have one more update later this evening, but for now, that's the weather!
