Well, other than the wind chill advisories in Toledo and Fort Wayne, all is pretty much quiet for right now. And they will remain that way for much of the day today. However, we could see some scattered snow showers move into the eastern part of the region tonight as a low pressure will cross over to New England. I am not expecting any real accumulations from this, so nothing to get excited about...darn.
Now, on Sunday night and into Monday, things are moving a littel quicker than planned. So what is happening? We'll see a weak low pressure move through the southern and central part of the region on Sunday and Monday and this will give some of us a little snow. Hopefully, I'll get those extended forecasts up in a little bit so you can see whether or not you'll be getting any.
But this low will pass through central Indiana on Monday, a we'll see light snow showers here and there. At best, I am only expecting an inch or two of accumulation for places like Fort Wayne and Toledo between Sunday and Monday night.
Otherwise, we could see those scattered snow showers last through the day on Tuesday and possibly into Tuesday afternoon. Otherwise, behind our weak system will be cooler temps once again. Now, if it is cloudy they wont be as cool as I expect them to be, but right now, I am thinking there will be clearing behind this system.
That means on Tuesday night and Wednesday night we could see lows near 0° again for Toledo, Fort Wayne and Detroit.
I'll have more coming up in a little bit, but for now, I am Timmy Albertson and that's the weather! Keep checking back for updates because I'll have them.
